I encourage all my friends and clients to scrapbook. Scrapbooking not only made me become a better photographer but it also is a way to keep our family history alive. Everybody loves looking at photo albums, but when you scrapbook you journal as well and this tells the story of what is happening in the photos as well as preserves writings from past generations.  If you get a chance add some stories in great-grandmas own handwriting to you scrapbooks.
